Isn't there a 802.11 SDIO card w/memory on it? I thought I have seen something like this before. I am trying to search the web for a deal on it, but I can not find it. Does anyone know what company makes them? Maybe they were making it before, but not anymore...

I know sandisk made one, i'm not sure someone else made one. but sandisk made 4, a cf and sdio. they came with memory and without memory, the cf had 128mb and the sdio came with 256mb. The cf came with a cf-pcmcia adapter and a windows driver.

I bought the cf for my Toshiba Genio E550g and am now using it on my laptop. it's great a little slow but it's wireless b and i chose that to save power. great card, got it off of ebay.

Thanks. I just found one on eBay. But they seem pretty rare now since there's only one. I guess they don't sell many. Like those USB key drives that had a tiny 1.3MP camera on it. I don't think those sold many, either.

Sandisk decided to discontinue it, it's unfortunate it was great for those with one slot. I think sandisk wanted to stay towards the memory business and now many don't need those with built in or lack of sd/cf. but those key drives with the camera i just saw at radio shack yesterday.
