New to Pocket PC

I just purchased a Dell Axim X5 PDA. I am having problems removing software. I don't quite understand how Pocket PC 2003 works. I did not get a cd with the handheld but ordered one but I am wondering how to get a copy of the operating system and restore it back to normal? Can someone help?

You can perform a hard reset and put your ppc back into "like new" but this will also erase any data.

You remove programs by going to Start|Settings|Systems tab|Remove Programs.
