Ipaq clock changing on it's own

My clock keeps adding 21 hours to the current time.

I change it and then a few hours later it's 21 hours fast again.

It's really annoying.

Any ideas?

Welcome to Pocket PC Thoughts.

I assume you sync your Pocket PC with your computer?

There are a couple of things you will want to check.

a) The timezone setting of your Pocket PC. You can check this by tapping Start > Settings > System > Clock & Alarms. Ensure that you've selected Home and that the timezone is correct.

b) The timezone setting of your PC (the one you sync with). Double-click the time in the lower-right of your taskbar, and configure the timezone setting so that it matches that of your Pocket PC.

Next, sync your Pocket PC and hopefully, the time will correct itself. Does that help?

Thanks for your tips. I was going to reply that of course I checked those obvious things first...but then I thought let me check.

What do you know? My computer was set to the wrong timezone.
