remote sync with active sync 4.2

does any one know how to get around the problem of remote sync the ppc over active sync 4.2? Or is there an alternative to active sync that can make remote sync possible?

MS probaby knows, but i would expect no-one else does.
No there isn't an alternative. While there are other sync solutions, AFAIK they all rely on ActiveSync for the actual connectivity. The feature is gone for AS.
