How to stop time sync?

The servers at my office are 5 minutes fast and I need to know how do I stop my Axim 51V (WM5) from syncing its time with my pc which gets its time from my work servers.

Open ActivSync on your desktop PC, and go to TOOLS> OPTIONS>SETTINGS. Then, make sure to de-select the box for "Synchronize Pocket PC Date and Time Upon Coonecting."

Note that for newer versions of ActiveSync, you have to have your device connected and synched before you can access options.
