Does it work on CDMA devices? Probably not. Since it requires an alien SIM card to activate it.
Consider adding remote wipe.
What about remote device locking?
What if a thief has access to the internet? (http://www.pocketpc-live.com/unlocking-ext.rom-of-pocket-pc-2.html)
What about memory card encryption?
Activesync bruteforcing?
Memory card I/O probes?
