Does anyone know of a way to change the file type associations on a WM 2003 SE device? I can't seem to find it.

Thanks!!Some programs will natively allow you to do that such as the coreplayer has the capability to associate file types with it and/ or you can use a registry editor.

What type of files?

I want to associate Pocket Word documents with TextMaker and Pocket Excel documents with PlanMaker. I think I could have done this during the installation of Text/Plan Maker, but for some reason I didn't.

There're several ways of doing this; for example, myExtensions or Resco File Explorer. See for example http://pocketpcmag.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=17100 for a tutorial.
