Smooth scrolling in PIE with buttons

Is there a way to scroll either smoothly or line by line in Internet Explorer without the stylus? I have Windows Mobile 5.

You can enable that functionality (line-by-line, as opposed to link-by-link) with registry editors like Tweaks2K2:

I have obtained a free reg editor, and I found a guide about reg tweaks, but it only tells me the tweak for page-by-page, not line-by-line.

I'm unfamiliar with the exact registry change needed; the Tweaks2K2 software makes the fix for you when you select that option from a menu of dozens of registry tweaks.

u could also purchase pieplus v2, it has lots of more pie options including line by line, page by page and link by link. check it out. try the trial version first to see if it worth it. tweak2k2 is great, but most of the pie tweaks are available from pieplus also.
