High-speed 2GB MicroSD card?

I see some brands like SanDisk with a 2GB MicroSD card, but is there a high-speed version?

For SanDisk's Ultra II series (9-10 MB/sec read/write), their website only lists a 1GB MicroSD card. It seems that the 2GB is only available as a standard-speed card.

But Googling around I see some online stores outside the US listing a 2GB SanDisk Ultra II MicroSD, I wonder if it's real?

Having just bought my first MicroSD device (Cingular 8525 aka HTC Hermes), I'm now looking for the biggest high-speed MicroSD card I can find...

I'd play it safe if I were you. Until SanDisk's site shows a 2GB Ultra II microSD, take all other references to it with a grain of salt.
