I have a 700P and want to use it as a bluetooth modem for my Ipaq 4705 via EVDO from Verizon. I know how to pair and all of that, but what phone #, username and password do I use?

#777 is the phone number, including the pound sign. As for username and password, you can likely leave them blank, or can type in "qnc" for both.

Do keep in mind that unless you have tethering on your EVDO plan, Verizon will be unhappy if you use it excessively.

Well, that's the setting as far as I know. Have you first tried to tether it to your desktop? Do you have the Verizon tethering option on your data plan?

Whenever I was using my phone as a modem I used the phone number *99#. Give that a try.
