View Full Version : Cash organizer crash on sync

I have installed Cash Organizer latest version 2.9 and have been unable to sync onc.
I have wm 2003se, activesync 3.8 and quicken 2006.

In the logfile all error messages are like this one...
Error 1-3: Error opening database

I have removed the password on my quicken file, erased all 0 $ accounts.
No change.

I have been using pocketquicken with success. I uninstalled it prior of installing CO.

Any Help?

Have you contacted Inesoft (http://www.inesoft.com/eng/index.php?in=support) about your problem?

Yes i did and never got a reply.
I am only trying the software, so...

What i did is to export via a QIF file all my data to another quicken file and sync with CO.
All went well.

It is strange though.
Maybe the fact that i have gone from quicken 2000 to 2004 and 2006 has something to do with it. But the original file never synchronized with CO.

I used to have PocketQuicken and everything worked well.
I also used to have all my investments on my PPC.

These investment accounts don't show on CO even though they are check on the Activesync properties for CO.

I also couldn't get CO to sync. Emails also went unanswered, so I went with a competing product, which despite recent installation issues (on an upgrade), has worked pretty well.
