Backup HP iPAQ rx1950

Hello there,

I am having a problem when trying to back-up my rx1950 via ActiveSync.

When I look for the backup option under Tools it isn't their at all.

Has anyone had this problem before or am I doing something wrong.

I had an HP iPAQ h4150 and I could back-up using ActiveSync.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Hi Phil, welcome to PPCT. The backup function was taken out of Activesync from version 4 onwards if you have a Windows Mobile 5 device - that's why you can't find it. That means unfortunately you'll need to purchase a third-party solution if you still want to do backups. Try some 3rd party applications to backup your device will be a better idea. My Sprite Backup (http://www.spritesoftware.com) works flawlessly. Besides, its much faster.. 8) [/url]
