You mentioned that Basic4PPC was 'On Sale'. Does this mean the $29 price tag is the sale price or is there some other discount?

Great development environment for PPC. Makes it easy to develop your own applications. Good price. Great enhancements in version 3.

How is the performance of apps compiled to executable with this package vs say native C++ compiler etc? Any benchmarks?

Hi all,
The 29$ is the sale price. (Pretty low compared to other development software).
The performance of native c++ will be better as Basic4ppc is based on Microsoft .Net CF.
The time it will take you, the developer, to work witk Basic4ppc compared to EVC is much shorter.
