Does anyone have any experience with using any mobile device made by the company AnexTEK?

Have read about a quality issue like dead pixels reported by an owner of their older sp230 ( see http://www.pocketpcmag.com/FORUM/post.asp?method=TopicQuote&TOPIC_ID=21669&FORUM_ID=9 ). Just curious as to how many others have had this experience with their pocket PC. Could this have been caused by poor shipping and handling, abuse, or is it just a manufacturing defect? That's covered by some (limited) warranty or by their support, right?

It would affect my purchasing decision if that defective sp230 was not isolated and many more end up like that even though unlike the square screened Loox T8xx and IPAQ HP6xxx, their AnexTEK Wistron SP310 do have a respectable 2.8 inch 240x320 touchscreen with 520MHz CPU and 256MB ROM plus has got a quad-band world phone, SD/SDIO expansion slot, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth, EDGE (3G version coming later), GPS, QWERTY keypad, 2Mp camera and more ( see http://www.pdadb.net/?m=specs&id=457 for its detailed specs. ) The only thing missing is a built-in FM radio.
