No audio when I transfer video to my computer!

Whenever I record a clip on my PPC and transfer the file onto my computer, there is no sound but when I preview it on my phone, there's sound.

What's going on?

The simplest answer is your PPC is recording audio in a codec that your computer doesn't have. What are you using to record the clips, and which PPC do you have.
