View Full Version : Filtered e-mails not making it to Cingular 8125

Okay - I get a lot of e-mails in any given day. It can range from 200-400 per day. Obviously, I use filters/rules in Outlook on my pc. So, when I get e-mails from certain people it automatically goes into a folder on my desktop in a personal folder (.pst I believe).

Anyway, on the desktop, the e-mail that has been filtered still shows up in the inbox, but with a line through it. It does not go away until I actually "purge deleted messages." When I go to retrieve my e-mail from my Cingular 8125, it will not show e-mails that have the line through it, even though they are still in the inbox on my pc. The 8125 will only show e-mails that are still "active" - without the line through them.

Is there a way to change this without undoing all of my filters/rules? I would say that 75% of my e-mails have filters/rules tied to them, but I still want to be able to see them on my 8125.
