this is my second problem with the RW6828

my 2nd problem now is that my Photosmart has no view!! I get the buttons like close, options, help, shutter-release, etc, but the screen is otherwise black! i cant see what i am about to snap!
I can still take a photo, saved to memory and view later, but i cannot view *while* i am snapping!
has anyone else encountered this problem? after the above 2 problems with the RW6828, i am starting to really regret buying this hardware....
