One thing to clarify on my own statements:

The Franklin Covey features only require Plan Plus for Outlook 4.0 (not released yet) to SYNC the FC specific features. All FC features can still be used on the PPC without PPO. In fact, several features are useful to anyone who uses tasks no matter if you use the FC methodology or fields.

I've been using the FlexMail beta for a little while now. I have to say that if you've tried FlexMail previously, but didn't like it because of the memory requirements, and general slowness, give this one a try. The mail DB now opens and operates as fast as the built-in Inbox. :D

I'd say it's about 200% more usuable, at least for my needs.

Good to hear, but doesnt that imply that the new version cant save mail to an external memory anymore? I mean, the internal databse is probably stored in ROM, right?

No, I'm not sure of all the logistics, but you can still elect to save your mail to a storage card when you setup your accounts. I currently have a 5 MB mail storage file on my SD card. There appears to be about a 1 MB file in the WebIS "Data" directory on my system ROM. It is last updated the last time I used FlexMail, but I don't know if it's actual storage or some kind of index or what it is. So it appears that there is some need for space in your main memory, but nowhere near the previous requirement.

I like Flexmail 2006 very much, great improvement over previous softwares. I use it on HP4700 works fine.

In the otherhand Informant is terrible, heavy, slow, and sync problems with my PC; I don't know why, hope this release will be better.

• TimeZone picker for new appointment creation

I put in a feature request for this paricular one. Just the other day I was thinking what a shame it was that it probably wouldn't be there for this release given that there were so many other things customers asked for.

I don't know if its due to my request or not but I'm glad that its there.
