i'm trying to walk an elderly friend thru connecting his laptop on a dedicated connection in a marriot hotel. he says he's getting a this page cannot be displayed error. we tried powering down the laptop then plugging in the cable then powering back up - but to no avail. at his home - he is connected to bellsouth.net thru dsl. any suggestions?
