Syncing my data with a new pocket pc

I want to buy a new Pocket PC with Windows Mobile 5. What do i do to move all of my contacts, notes and appointments over to the new device while installing the newest version of Activesync on my computer? Thanks!

Is all your data stored in Outlook on your PC? If so, it's smooth sailing from here. Simply install ActiveSync, set up your new device and a new partnership with the computer, select Calendar, Contacts, and Notes (and any others that you wish to sync), and all your data will be synchronised to your new device.
