Controlling notifications and events

Since there is older software that when run, notifications or events may not properly occur. Using AIM 2.0 on PocketPc 2003 for example, the sound works but the vibration alert does not.

Is there an event manager to fully control this because AIM for example is not listed as in the notification list within the setting view.

Most events are triggered by the application itself. If vibration support is not listed in the Notifications list, you may have difficulty enabling it by other means.

Why not try another messaging application such as Agile? (http://www.agilemobile.com/agile_messenger.html)

The only reason why I don't want to is because I like being able to customize my away messages and I don't think Agile Messenger works with the 4.99 t-zones service.
