How do I contact Qtek? I have a problem and cannot find their information...

If I knew they would be this hard to find I wouldn't have purchased this device but people assured me it wouldn't be a problem...I've now been waiting a week.

If anyone can share their contact information I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Sound Solutins Americas provides US waranty support for Torq and Qtek. Of course, I'm not sure how you purchased your device. If it wasn't from an approved vendor (e-bay, etc.) you may be up the creek.
