Best ringtone Software

I need something that makes LOUD AND CLEAR ringtones for both my pda phone and other phones. Which is the best software.... dont need to be cheapest.

Makes, eh? Are you after a mobile solution or a desktop solution?

If the former, check out VITO Ringtone Editor.

If the latter, try using Audacity or ACID Pro, or any other audio-editing tool. If a bit of audio sounds soft, you can always "normalize" it.

Look in one of the menus (Process or Effects - I forgot the name of the exact one) and find a Normalize option. Set it to sample the entire audio section and perform an average normalization. That'll raise the volume, then you can save it as a WAV or WMA and copy it over to the \Windows\Rings folder of your Pocket PC and use it as a ringtone.
