And luckily for us, our partners-in-crime over at Engadget Chinese have just captured some nice photos of this two-processor machine as part of their extensive Computex 2006 coverage..."</i><br /><br /><img src="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/images/web/2003/ekkie_engadget_dualcor_200606.jpg" /><br /><br />Like Engadget, our excitement and anticipation also died on cPC once Darius made its <a href="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=48660">wireless deficiencies</a> known to us. In any case, perhaps this device will serve as a stepping stone for someone else to truly deliver a convergent, wirelessly-enabled, PC / WM5 device. Take a look if you're interested in the snapshots, and if you can read Chinese, check out the original <a href="http://chinese.engadget.com/2006/06/09/engadget-computex-2006-at-tapiei-via/">Engadget Chinese post</a>, complete with a larger set of photos from the Computex 2006 Trade Show.

Ekkie

We appreciate PocketPCThoughts covering the DualCor cPC. Please note we're listening to the input we receive at shows and in our individual customer meetings and sites like these. We are taking appropriate steps along our roadmap(s) to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Also as you are aware DualCor is still the only product in the world that provides BOTH Tablet PC AND Windows Mobile 5 in one small device.

So DualCor, when will your product be available for consumers and how much will it cost?

I, for one, would still be interested in this, but I'm afraid it's likely to be out of my gadget pricerange.

And probably the only Tablet PC or WM 5 device on the market without any type of integrated wireless. I'm still completely baffled by this.

Every Tablet PC comes standard with at least Wi-Fi connectivity built-in. I'm baffled by this, as well. What good is a mobile device today without standard integrated wireless connectivity?

What would be great to see in the near future is a DualCor with phone functionality--of course this would be a long, long time away before we see something like that!
