i dont know why but my kjam finally cooperated with me and now works as it should, seamlessly between gprs and wifi when i connect to the net, it took a while but it finally kicked in:). So for anyone who has the problems i had with the wifi not working and the gprs not working---that isn;t normal, u should expect that this device works smoothly on either system , wifi or gprs (with net) depending on your situation.
