I am the administrator of a Lotus Notes/Domino environment with several BlackBerry users. As as result, we have a BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES). I have one user who is currently a BlackBerry user, contemplating getting a Treo 700w. I've used Intellisync and mNotes for desktop synchronization, but what about over the air (OTA) synchronization. He is not willing to give up the convenience of deleting something on his BB and having those changes replicate to his desktop copy of Notes. I know that mNotes has a enterprise level product (mSuite), but if there's something else out there, I'm all ears.
