Hey,

Do you know what brand these new processors will come out in? And if i have a Dell Axim X51v, could i install the new processor in?

Nope. Even PocketPCTechs won't be able to do this, I'm afraid - even if the CPU's have exactly the same legs (which I seriously doubt), the new CPU's will surely have a different bus protocol/timings.
