Well, and ingenious poser over at Zunerama was able to help track down a stolen Zune using the built in wireless. After a friend's Zune was stolen at school, &quot;scoutflyer&quot; began wandering the building using his Zune to search for nearby Zunes. Eventually, this missing Zune was tracked down, and the perp confessed to his crime. Score one for Zune, Private Investigator! This could be one reason to leave your wireless turned on! (Of course you'll still need a second Zune to do the searching with!)</p>

Hah! Awesome story, that's so cool...but it's also just luck that the guy happened to have it powered on at that time so the wireless would actually work.

That's really funny...though maybe not luck. If the wifi was on when he took it, remember, we don't actually turn our Zunes off ;)
