Pocket Outlook inbox help

I recently found out that the mail Pocket Outlook downloaded from my Hotmail account is screwed up. At first, it seems to have kept the headers of long-deleted e-mails, so I had a bunch of "ghost" e-mails sitting in my inbox. I deleted one of these "ghost" headers and told it to send/receive all incoming mail again. This cleared out all the "ghost" headers so I'm left with only the headers that are truely in my inbox, but unfortunately when I click on the existing headers, the bodies of most of these headers are mixed up. What I mean is that the header does not match the body of the e-mail basically. I'd have a header for an advertisement e-mail, but when I click on it the body is actually an e-mail written to me by a friend (for example).

I figured I'd try the Clear "Hotmail" option under the "Tools" menu but it is grayed out. :| Is there anyway to fix this problem or to delete/clear this Hotmail account and refetch all e-mails from scratch?

EDIT: Nevermind, thought of a way to fix it myself.
