As there is a known bug where uninstalling application in WM5 does NOT remove the application 99% of the time, what is the best approach to remove the application?

I've tried uninstalling and/or perform re-install of numerous applications, such as Spb Finance, Agenda Fusion, etc. and it fails most of the time. I ended up have to remove teh apps manually and remove the registry entry manually too, which is a tedious effort.

Any help is appreciated.

The short-term solution is to soft-reset prior to every uninstallation or reinstallation attempt.

Microsoft has already identified the issue and is hoping to amend it with a patch to be included in future ROM updates.

It's cooling down to deliver some nice, mild sunny days. If I'm not dying in 40C+ heat, it's fine with me. 8)
