Error code on Pocket PC Verizon XV6700

Hi folks, I am getting error code 80072f0d when I try and sync with my offices server. I have the username password and all of that set up right and I talked to my IT guy and he thinks it is something wrong with the phone. I cannot sync with my Outlook email account and it is very frustrating. Any ideas what might be causing this and if so is there a patch or certificate that I need.

Error code, 80072f0d, is certificate-related.
