I purchased a copy of Lexipedia from http://revolution.cx/Support.htm
but have not received my registration code. Their support page says they are experiencing some problems and that codes are being sent by hand - they estimate only a 24 hour delay but I placed my order over a week ago .

I have sent them two emails to try and get a response but have had no luck (have checked all my email including junk folders).

Has anyone else had this problem - does anyone from the software company read these forums or does anyone know an alternative support email address ?

Shaun, I have the same problem as you had. I purchased the lexipedia two days ago, but didn't get the code. I sent the support email, never get a response. Have you got your code now?

I filed a claim to Paypal to ask why I can't get the code from the supplier since the suplier's website says within 5 minutes, I should get the code. No idea what happened.
