Anyway to get this to play on my Verizon XV6700?

I tried downloading real player and it wouldn't play it, and it doesn't play through WMP either. Is is just a lost cause?

The best option is probably to try to convert it on your desktop. For a streaming file, this is (as you might expect) difficult.

You'll need to download a local copy if you want to convert the file, or if your PPC isn't connected to the Internet. This is difficult because that file is streamed over the PNM protocol. After searching at length, I have found a few tools for downloading local copies over the (Windows Media) MMS protocol, but PNM is even tougher to work with, and I've searched for both Mac and Windows.

(The above link does indeed use the standard HTTP protocol, but technically it just downloads a small "pointer" file, which contains the pnm:// address of the actual media. You can open it yourself with a basic text editor to see if you like.)
