Trouble Sync Mobile 5.0 with Outlook

I'm having touble sync my new pocket pc with outlook. I using Active Sync V4.1. All it appears to do, once partnership was formed, is just cycle. I'm using Office 2003 with BCM. I noticed that BCM update for Pocket PC will not load. Any ideas?

(http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/help/activesync/default.mspx) More often than not, synchronisation issues associated with ActiveSync 4.x (such as the neverending cycle) are due to poorly configured firewalls or botched network settings.

I had to disable my free version of Zone ALarm due to that exact problem. Soon as it was gone, synced right up, otherwise it would just sit there trying to sync but no info was being exchanged.
