Outlook Calendar Notes

Need a little help here. I would like to be able to jot down notes within MS Calendar for any particular day, but I can seem to figure it out. I can see the notes section if I do click page setup or print preview. Can anyone solve for me?

Are you talking about creating an appointment in Outlook? With notes?

When you create a new appointment in Outlook (on the desktop) doesn't a big window open up where you enter time, subject, location and then there is a big field below that for the notes?

No, I mean general notes linked to that particular day and not with an appointment. I can see a separate note section when I do print preview that is not associated with an appointment, but separate within itself.

Now I see what you are talking about.

I think that is there only when you print, to give you space to hand write things on your printout.
