iPaq 3875 Upgrade from 2002 to 2003

I would like to upgrade my iPaq 3875 from the original Pocket PC 2002 operating system to the 2003 version. HP used to sell an upgrade CD but they no longer do. I've checked eBay but the only upgrade I found was for the ROM firmware (although the sellers advertise it as a 2003 upgrade).

Does anyone know where I can obtain that HP CD or the equivalent so that I can do a full 2002 to 2003 upgrade?

That is precisely what you need for the upgrade from 2002 to 2003. The Pocket PC OS sits in ROM, it's not at all like Windows on the desktop.
