OK...I was one of the many who fell victim to the ipAQ 4100 ROM update which messed up Pocket WINC's functionality. The issues I have are more than just not displaying signal strength.
I use WI-FI all of the time when I travel so having a good sniffer is a necessity.
There are lots of options out there...WiFi Graph, HitchHiker,
Wififofum, MiniStumbler, etc.....though each has it's merits and flaws.
I don't need elaborate connection testing and management functionality...just simply show me the networks, if they are open and connected to the internet. Then help me connect. Additionally, it needs to work on an iPAQ 4150 with ROM 1.10.
Who is using what and what are your observations?
