Just recently I tried downloading account activity for around two months of activity from one account to a QIF file. I imported it to an empty account.
I imported that file to Cash organizer and noticed that the balance was off.
While comparing what the values for the individual transactions in CO were compared to what they were in my online account summary I noticed that there were a number of deposits and withdrawals that were off by a factor of 10.
For example, a withdrawal of $100.00 from an ATM was listed as a withdrawal from an ATM of the amount of $1000.00.
I opened the QIF file in notepad and the amount listed was correct - it showed $180 and not $1800.
This did not happen with all transactions, but more than one. Even one is too many when it comes to financial information though.
I have submitted a support request to the company about this as well.
