I am one of those (very few) people who use a Pocket PC all day long and a cell phone rarely more than twice a day. So, I keep looking for a device that is a Pocket PC first, and a phone second.

I currently use an iPAQ 2755 and a RAZR.

I am attracted to the iMATE KJAMin. I don't use a keyboard even when it's available. I tried a Siemens SX-66 -- too big and klunky. I tried a Samsung i-730 -- screen too small.

Someone, somewhere must make a device the size of the 2755 that can also make & receive phone calls.

Does anyone out there do a lot of reading on a K-JAM? I probably spend an hour or so every day reading text on my 2755. So, readability is very important.

Responses welcome.

Craig.

I think you're confusing two devices. The K-JAM (http://pocketnow.com/index.php?a=portal_detail&t=reviews&id=710&p=1) and JAMin (http://www.pocketnow.com/index.php?a=portal_detail&t=reviews&id=783) are both much smaller than your current iPAQ. The screen's are both 2.8 in though; same as the i730. Yet, I believe they are very readable. You can change the size of the fonts don't forget.

Anyway, I highly recommend the JAMin (http://www.pocketnow.com/index.php?a=portal_detail&t=reviews&id=783). It's the latest and greatest as the K-JAM has already been around for about 5 months. If you really need a bigger screen, there's the HTC Universal with it's VGA screen, but it might be too big and clunky as well. You can't really have a big screen on a small device.
