Hello I was just interested what is the best time-kill game, you have ever played??

I have just purchase a Ultimate Reverse from handango

http://www.handango.com/PlatformProductDetail.jsp?siteId=1&jid=493A346AF6FBC51F734244B8BAED872X&platformId=2&N=96806%2034%2093278&productId=182606&R=182606

And think it is very good in that case, just what I was looking for, while standing somethere and waiting for my girlfriend, who is always late)))) :D

DreamQuest Championship Spades Pro for me. Decent AI, can pick up from where you left off after closing program, not buggy, great support and frequent updates. The player's comments get a little repetitive, but you can turn the sound off. I have many, many games on both my HP 2715 and my QTek 9100, and I often turn to this one if I know I only have a few minutes or will be frequently interrupted :grumble: while playing.

It all depends on wht you like. Sudoku, Monopoly, Cubicle Chaos, and Farkle work for me.

my time killers are Yahtzee, backgammon, and seven seas, with an occassional Mummy Maze thrown in. Oh, and for longer waits, Sudoku.

I like Spb Xonix. I don't know if it's available separately from AirIslands, but I don't even play the main game - I'm just "hooked on Xonix."

Space Trader. Played it years ago on the Palm. Now on the PPC. Takes a little brain-power. But not much. :)

For a really involved RPG type game, I suggest "NetHack" and its variant, "SlashEm." Both games are available for both the PPC and for desktops and laptops. For an overview of both games, I suggest this web site:
http://www.statslab.cam.ac.uk/~eva/
and this also: http://www.nethack.de/

Beware; both games are very addictive and time consuming.

Here is a jumping-off place for the various system downloads:

SlashEM has more versatile gameplay and can be found at:

I am a fan of strategy games and the Viking Saga for Pocket PC (http://www.mobiletopsoft.com/games/strategy/getproduct.php?pname=A%20Viking%20Saga%201.0) is really good free choice

I enjoy Sherlock, from Everett Kaser Software, at http://www.kaser.com/sherwin.html. It's a logic game in which you have 6 columns (or 4 or 5 for an easier game), with 6 faces, 6 differently colored houses, 6 digits, 6 road signs, 6 fruits, and 6 letters, distributed one per column. You are given clues like "The blonde is in the column next to the green house" and "Digit 6 is between the apple and the stop sign."

Everett Kaser has about a dozen other logic games (I love Watson's Map and Dinner with Moriarity) for the PC, but AFAIK only Sherlock runs on a PPC.

Can you get that on PPC?

I am desperate to find even the PC version. I am obsessed with this game.

Any links?

Ah, I blew around two hours today just playing it.

Check out Astraware (http://www.astraware.com/all/bejeweled2/?link=home_top_2) - their version includes all the effects, music, etc.

I like Snails the best! Sometimes, when i'm not working. I play it non-stop, then my battery drops down really low. lol. PDA mill has a lot of good 3-d games. But if your gonna get it, wait for a holiday. It's cheaper. lol. http://www.pdamill.com

In the last 2 days, since someone posted a link to Space Trader (which is free!!) I have lost 6 hours of my life to that game.
