Small PPC?

We are getting all these cool devices with Pocket PC Phone Edition, but what about those of us who are looking for just a PDA with good features, but no phone built-in?

How about something like the Wizard, with included GPS instead of phone? That would be really nice.

But what small PDAs would you recommend in the below-300 range for someone looking for a WM2003SE or WM5 device?
