Where is the best place to get high rez cd cover art?

Ah... this is right up Jason's alley. I'm sure he'll pipe up on this subject, but I know his source for high resolution album art was to scan it himself from the actuall CD covers.

Aside from scanning, there's Amazon (usually 500 x 500) or iTunes (usually 600 x 600). Not quite four-digit figures, but they sure beat the default 200 x 200 of the Zune Marketplace and Windows Media.
