Word VS. Bluetooth DUN Telus UTS 6700

Two days into my experiences with my telus UTS 6700 and I've found it to be quite a wonderful machine.
Here's the kicker!

Without hacking I've been able to BT DUN using my Dell X50V. Just lucky I guess.
Problem is....this device cannot seem to open word documents. "An unexpected error has ocurred. This document cannot be opened."
A Telus tech told me to turn it in for a new one. So? I'm posting a poll.

Feel free to throw in any advice.

The obvious question: have you tried a hard-reset?

My first thought was "exchange it". My second thought was "take it back to factory defaults". If #2 doesn't work, go for #1.

I did hard reset and word did work.....BT DUN is still GOOD :approve: Don't know how long before my next hard reset. :rolleyes:

Day 2: AS 4.1 problems with WM2003SE Dell X50v.
Hard reset on X50v, Hard reset on UTS6700.
No wonder a lot of people are whining about WM5 & AS 4.1

Overall; I like the hardware but some serious OS/ Carrier glitches.
