Windows Mobile 5.0 Messaging & Security pack?

Is the messaging and security pack a seperate item (download) or is it something that comes built into Windows Mobile 5.0?

The Messaging and Security Feature Pack (MSFP) is not a separate download. It is integrated into an updated release of WM5 ("AKU2") which should, hopefully, be offered as ROM updates by most of the individual device vendors. As of this time, nearly no vendors have released the ROM update to enable this functionality, but it's expected "soon".
