Anyone used one of these yet in a PPC?

I haven't, but there's no reason to believe it shouldn't work. The issue of batter drainage and overall performance is another matter, however I know the latest Microdrives are much more energy efficient than their earlier counterparts.

It works great in my Ipaq hx4705. Been using it a lot to play movies in TCPMP. I've got the extended battery and haven't ran it all the way down, so I'm not sure how it affects battery life. Doesn't seem to drain it any faster than the Hitachi 4GB I was using.

Only negative thing I've noticed is for the aesthetically-minded: It's orange.

I purchased one (Seagate 8GB) yesterday. They had/have (limited stock) them for sale for just over $102.79, great deal, less than many charge for the 4GB one.
