I was hoping they'd include the password generator on the pocketpc app too, like FlexWallet did recently.

I guess they'll keep that for the 5.0 release or something.

Hmmm. Not so good. I upgraded from 4.02 to 4.1 and I get a Visual C++ runtime error every time the desktop version starts up.

The password generator is included in the Pocket PC, Smartphone, Palm OS, and Windows PC versions. On a 2003 Pocket PC just tap and hold on the field where you want to create the password and choose Build Password. On a WM 5.0 Pocket PC you can do the same thing or select Menu->Build Password...

Not something we've run into but drop me an email and I'd be happy to see if we can help. You can reach me directly at [email protected] .

Ahhh... I never saw that. On the desktop, the "Build Password" button is right there on the card. On the PPC, I was expecting it to be in the menu somewhere. Didn't occur to me to be in the Password field for it to show up. :) I'll edit the original post. I just assumed the password building engine was only on the desktop.

Just loaded on the Cingular 2125 WM5 Smartphone and works great!

Syncpro runs great...no more patch files! Woohooo!

I knew when I spent 20 bucks a while back when this came with the ipaqs I was onto something good...

Great job - and Mark, thanks for responding to all of my iliumsoft support emails when I was trying to get SyncPro (patch) running....

OK... I am so excited! (I must be a PPC nerd!)

I have about 15 passwords at work that expire every month to 60 days, and I've been praying that Ilium would include a password generator function soon. I remember a post, I believe here in PPC Thoughts, a year or so ago where a thread was started on the idea that a password generator was a good function.

I'm so glad it's here... way to go Ilium Soft!!!!

They must have done some great work on compression, because my 590 k eWallet 4.0 file is now 166 k with the new version and more responsive!

Did you check to make sure it didn't just delete 3/4 of your wallet? :devilboy:

Thanks for the update! Great App. :)

It would be nice to have the password generator available from the main menu... and also a little better one handed use would be cool... i hate taking out that stylus ;)

Now go work on a WM5 version of Newsbreak!

Long time eWallet user here. I consider eWallet one of my essential applications for both my PPC and desktop. There are a couple of new features that I liked with 4.1 so I decided to upgrade. So far so good. Thanks Iliumsoft!!
