How can I tell I have removed Skype and Antivirus?

I have just bought a new K-Jam and I am setting up everything. After seeing advice to remove the above I have used the Add/Remove option under Tools in ActiveSync.
Having done it, how can I tell if they are no longer running and my machine is operating in a speedily fashion?

Well, if you don't have any complaints, I'd guess it's running speedily enough, right? :wink:

Seriously, if you used the add/remove applet, you should be good to go, but you can check the running programs list in the memory applet found in settings to see if they are still running. If so, then they haven't been completely eliminated.
