Expect the SDA (aka the HTC Tornado) to run you $299.99, and for it to probably be released on February 13th, and the MDA (the HTC Wizard) will set you back $399.99 and should probably be released a week later on February 20th. Whomever said the best things in life are free obviously wasn't addicted to cellphones."</i><br /><br /><img src="http://www.pocketpcthoughts.com/images/hansberry/2006/20060121-tmobilemdasda.gif" /><br /><br />According to <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2006/01/24/t-mobiles-sda-and-mda-get-prices-and-dates/">Engadget</a>, you're looking at $299.99 for the SDA (the <a href="http://www.smartphonethoughts.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=10038">"Hump Phone"</a>) and $399.99 for the MDA. Both are likely to be released on the 13th and 20th of February, respectively.

Are these retail prices or prices with contracts. Knowing T-Mobile those dates are still pretty much tentative

Those are almost certainly the price with an agreement. Probably a TWO-year agreement with the way T-Mobile is doing things now. Oh well...I already have one so I don't care. But at least I'll have access to service faster with them supporting the device.

It those prices are for 2 yr agreements, then tmobile might not sell very many units. The SDA is too expensive, that should be 199 or 249 at most with a contract. The MDA isn't too bad.
