You are happy with your new Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC Phone Edition. Either a HTC Universal or a HTC Wizard. You also decided to install Microsoft Voice Command, but then realise that you can't activate Voice Command from your Bluetooth headset and dial a number or contact!

There is a registry change floating around that will enable this functionality, but you have to manually apply the change through a registry editor. And we all know how dangerous this can be.

Darryl Burling (ex Microsoft MVP Mobile Devices and now a Microsoftie) has published Voice Enable for i-mate K-Jam, a small application that will change the default voice dialer application so that your Pocket PC Phone Edition uses Microsoft Voice Command rather than the default voice dialer (and change the setting back to default if needed too).

Some people expressed an interest. Can't remember who & multiple threads.

Edit:
discussion is being carried over here.
