Which Company is better for support, offering upgrades, and overall quality, even though the HTC UNIVERSAL is the same? Thinking of purchasing a UNIVERSAL.

Yes you are right. The Supplier of both the companies are same ie HTC.
Imate has a very good dedicated site called http://clubimate.com.
Both the companies offer upgrades at regular intevals(if product needs it)

IMHO, go for imate(yes,more in-built apps and other OEM custimisation)

Go for I-Mate.

I have a Qtek S100, my coleague has I-Mate Jam.
I cannot fin a place on the web for support, update, etc., whereas he has no problem. He already updated his OS.

Yes, that's one of the drawbacks that I've seen on the Q-Tek website. Even finding the "actual" website was difficult to me. I-Mate does offer better services, but I hate their branding logo :roll:. Just me. But thank you for the advice. I think I may go with the I-Mate after all.
